Back Pain : Yoga For Back Pain
Regular yoga helps in relieving the back pain however serious it is. Best is to do yoga under the supervision of the trained instructors. But at times instructors are not available so here are some of the best yoga poses for relieving back pain.
1. Corpse lying: Lie flat on back in a relaxed position, arms resting at the sides, palms down, and legs lying naturally, with knees turned out slightly or knees bent, feet flat on the floor. 2. Cat Stretches: Stretch out on hands and knees with a flat back. Hands should be under shoulders with fingers spread. Knees should be under the hips. Head is held loosely looking at the floor between hands. As you exhale, arch the back toward the ceiling chin tucked in chest looking at navel. Hold this and release back
