Drinking more and more water helps to keep body fit more. So try to drink atleast eight glasses of water per day. It is good for health. Drinking more water has many gain like drinking water properly leads to weight loss as it reduces fats. It helps in metabolizing more fats of the body. Even kidneys do not perform well if enough water supplies are not there. Water contains minerals and salts which is essential for body. Drinking plenty of water also kills water retention problem too. It also makes endocrine glands to function properly. But because of busy schedules many people forget to drink enough water.

Timely water drinking daily:

At seven a.m. Drink a glass of water, early morning. Start your day with a glass of water. It gives structure to your body’s cells and fluid cushions to your organs; it also acts as a shock absorber to minimize day-to-day stress damage. It also provides an optimum lubrication to the joints.

Noon. Drink another glass of water with lunch. This helps in balancing your body electrolytes, minerals such as sodium, chloride, and potassium, which regulate body temperature and control blood pressure.

Four p.m. After your busy office work, do not forget to drink a glass of water in late afternoon. Do not wait for getting thirsty – your body’s feeling of thirst is not a reliable indicator of dehydration. 
Six p.m. When you’re settling in for the evening or getting ready for your supper, don’t forget the water to drink a glass of water. Water is a significant source of vital ultra trace minerals, such as magnesium, cobalt, copper, and manganese. 
Eight p.m. Drink another glass of water; before you put the kids to bed, you should know this that these younger children drink less water. Make sure they’re getting sufficient fluids throughout the day, especially water with fluoride. 
Ten p.m. End the day with a final glass of water. Water becomes more important as we age. The older you get, the less reliable your thirst mechanism is. Usually after age of 65, we start to lose our thirst and we are more susceptible to dehydration. Older persons should be careful about their daily fluid intake.
