Lower Your Cholesterol : Reduces stress

People suffering from high cholesterol levels are always willing to reduce their cholesterol level but they never try to solve it in a natural way. .....
The goal to lower cholesterol levels can be achieved by lifestyle changes, taking medication or by a combination of the two. Physician may recommend lifestyle changes as a preventative to cholesterol problems or if there is high cholesterol levels or considered borderline. Exercise 30 to 45 minutes a day 3 to 5 times each week. Walking is a great exercise and can also help to reduce stress. Try to quit smoke to reduce stress. Take time to rest and relax. Consider meditation, yoga, progressive relaxation or other forms of stress reduction. Control weight as it can reduce stress and cholesterol may reduce too. Do not drink excessive amounts of alcohol, but one or two glasses of wine or beer each day has been shown to lower bad and raise good cholesterol levels.
Less stress for low cholesterol
Scientific studies have demonstrated that meditating twice a day for 20 minutes lowers stress, cholesterol and blood pressure levels. Exercise can indeed help, depending on what kind of one wants to do like in aerobic one can do brisk walking, jogging, playing tennis, cycling and dance workouts. Aerobic exercise has a small effect on total cholesterol, but it has a great effect on good cholesterol increasing it by 10 percent or more. Exercise also reduces blood fats. For cholesterol control, exercise duration counts more than intensity. Think of that as a half-hour jog or a one-hour brisk walk five days a week. If short on time, some studies suggest that breaking up walk into smaller increments gives the same benefit. Several kinds of yoga have been tested, and all show a cholesterol-cutting effect. Yoga reduces stress hormones, which in turn lowers cholesterol. That is why meditation is similar to yoga in its cholesterol-lowering power.
Exercise to reduce stress
Exercise is a great way to strengthen heart and lungs. Daily physical activity improves blood circulation throughout body, which can reduce risk of heart disease. It can prevent and manage high blood pressure and improve blood cholesterol levels. Stress is a combination of the physical, mental, and emotional reactions to changes and demands in once life. Negative stress can bring with it all sorts of ailments, including headaches, nausea, increased heart rate and blood pressure, rapid breathing, and anxiety disorders. Yoga and meditation also can help reduce stress and cholesterol too.
