Hemorrhoids : Heal Hemorrhoids

Liquid Vitamin Supplements
Several years ago, liquid vitamin supplements were never heard of. In the past, tablets and pills were the ideal .....
The Hemorrhoids can be defined as the swelling or inflammation of the veins around the anus or lower rectum. The Hemorrhoids is very common and painful disease. The Hemorrhoids is a result of the straining to move stool. The strain can occur due to many reasons. The most important reasons to the Hemorrhoids can be pregnancy, aging, chronic constipation or diarrhea, and anal intercourse. The Hemorrhoids can also develop by inheritance. The Hemorrhoids can be divided into two types, external and internal Hemorrhoids the symptoms of the both types are different. The internal Hemorrhoids are more painful than the external Hemorrhoids. The symptoms of the Hemorrhoid vary from person to person, but the most common complaint is burning and itching. Hemorrhoid symptoms also include palpable fleshy lumps around the anus. The affected person is not being able to complete a bowel movement. There can be anal bleeding at the time of Hemorrhoids. The blood can be seen on the stool and the toilet paper.

Home treatment is the first initiative which one can take the Hemorrhoids naturally. There are some simple home remedies available such as blotting of the anus with moistened medicated pads or cleansing agents can be applied. It may relieve pain. Ice can also be applied to the affected area. If the pressure or straining is avoided on the anal muscles then the Hemorrhoids can also be prevented. A light exercise including walking or swimming with fiber enriched food is recommended to avoid Hemorrhoids.

There are various treatments available to heal Hemorrhoids. But the most common treatments that are in use in recent years are Hemorrhoids band ligation and the Hemorrhoids coagulation. Both these therapies are very different. In the band ligation therapy, the doctors put a rubber band around the excess tissue in the rectum to let it wither and heal on its own. This is a very painful method to cure the Hemorrhoids but it is also most successful. While in Hemorrhoid coagulation therapy a small probe contacts, the area above the Hemorrhoid. This probe exposes the tissue to a burst of infrared light for not more than one second. The infrared light leads to coagulation in the veins above the Hemorrhoid causing the lump to shrink and recede. Both the treatments are very successful and any therapy can be used as prescribed by your doctor. After the surgery avoid straining your muscles or lifting heavy things.
