Many people in this world are suffering from a very common problem i.e. joint pain. All cater to various types of medications, therapies etc. but hardly any of us try to understand the basic problem underlying such joint pains. The first and foremost solution to such joint pains shall be the increased intake of calcium.

Calcium is a major mineral essential for the body so as to have strong bones. It is very essential to have strong bones because the bones are the only things that support our complete body. The food materials that are rich in calcium are cow’s milk, Soya milks, black molasses, edible seaweeds, watercress, parsley, dried figs, fish etc. By increasing intake of calcium in our diet we will strengthen our bones. Now when the bones become strong then it will be able to take a good amount of pressure and it will also be able to undertake the body weight. Also many a times we suffer from joint pains because of certain injury arising out of some accidents. So increased intake of calcium will help the bones regain their strength and thus we won’t suffer from any more joint pains.

Thus we can say that as calcium helps in strengthening our bones so an increased intake of calcium will help us in combating joint pain at the root level. However it should be kept in mind that excess intake of calcium will cause us harm because we all know excess of anything is bad.
