Male Infertility : Avoid Masturbation
Over 50% of couples deal with infertility problems primarily because of male infertility. Male infertility is on the increase worldwide because of environmental factors. Low sperm count; deformed or defective sperm, and low sperm motility usually characterize male infertility. Result is a phenomenal rise in infertility cases. Infertility is defined as the inability of a couple to conceive after one year of unprotected sex. To counter this rise in infertile couples, physicians emphasize inculcating lifestyle changes. This includes incorporating good sexual habits; the primary one is to refrain from frequent sex and masturbation.
Semen Volume And Sperm Count
It is instructive to recall that every ejaculation produces 2-3 ml volume of semen. This semen contains 200-300 millions of sperms, that figures to 70-100 million per ml. So wasting any of this semen volume in an unproductive activity like masturbation can upset the consequent semen volume and sperm count. The more times a man ejaculates, the less dense his semen will be, and the lower his sperm count. To recover this loss at least a gap of three days has to be maintained between two ejaculations. For low sperm count reversal, a gap of 4-5 days is absolutely necessary.
Semen Composition
Semen is also composed of calcium, phosphorous, lecithin, cholesterol, iron, Vitamin E and sodium and magnesium. There are several uncanny similarities in the constituent content of cerebrospinal fluid, which nourishes the brain and nervous system and semen. So unnecessary and unsatisfactory sexual activity like masturbation can deprive the entire physical system of important nourishment. Frequent masturbation may thus result in neuralgic shock or pain.
Summary
Avoid Excessive ExertionMale infertility has been on the rise since the 1930s and has increased by a staggering 50%. The leading cause of male infertility is low sperm count. Other causes are bad quality ..... In this age younger men are more prone to indulge in unproductive masturbation in response to constant titillation in the media. This renders them temporarily sterile and affects fertility. Such infertility cases are on the rise and the only way to counter this infertility epidemic is to refrain from self-stimulation. A disciplined approach is necessary to stem masturbatory activities that wreak havoc on long term sexual health. Since masturbation is an exhausting unproductive habit, it is best to shun it. Avoid masturbation and witness upward semen and sperm counts.
