Oleanic acid extracted from Eugenia jambolana plant of south Africa is also used for male contraception. In India, from neem tree neem oil are derived, which gives effective male contraception.
Pills made from gossypol, a compound found in cotton seeds, have been effective for male potential contraceptive.
