It is important to maintain a regular skin care routine to keep skin from becoming too irritated or too dried during treatments Benzoyl Peroxide: It is commonly used to treat oily skin and acne. It acts in following ways:
1) It kills bacteria, which are the rot cause for the development of acne. Bacteria causes, the sebum trapped under the skin to become fatty acids leading to swelling and inflammation and acne. 2) It acts as an exfoliating agent that is it peels the dead skin and prevents clog formation.
Sulfur, Resorcinol, and Salicylic acids It is an antibiotic. It helps in healing existing blemishes by unclogging pores. Salicylic acid is particularly effective on blackheads.
