It was also observed that the people with high melanin content couldn't produce sufficient amount of vitamin d by exposing to sunlight and thus dietary supplements is recommended for them. Thus finally it can be concluded that vitamin d is related to skin as skin has got capacity to produce vitamin d, which can prevent the body from various disorders.
