This disease is simple but widespread sunlight deficiency. Without adequate amount of vitamin D, our body cannot absorb calcium, rendering calcium supplements. Chronic vitamin D deficiency cannot be reversed in a little time. It use to take months of vitamin D supplementation and sunlight exposure to rebuild the body's bones and nervous system.
