Also when sweat is absorbed by clothes the clothes smell bad and this proves to be disturbance while doing the asanas. Also wearing of shorts by men may lead to impotence as a lot of heat is generated in the testicles. Yoga is something that you should be enjoyed without any disturbance or interference. This is what the supporters of people who do yoga nude believe. They also believe that due to sweat in the clothes bacteria begin to grow.

However the people who oppose yoga nude say that doing yoga in the nude with other people is a big distraction in itself. People may not be able to concentrate on their yoga exercise when they see other people fully nude. Also people may develop sexual feelings and desires when they see other nude people of the opposite sex. As a result the whole purpose of doing yoga is defeated.
